Youth Group

Reunion plans are coming together and hopefully your calendar is open enough to add this date to your list of exciting things to do this summer!! We want to bring our families together to share in the memories of our youth! So bring your family, we’d love to get to know them!

Friday, July 26 – Sunday July 28 are the days we have planned to get together and reminisce. Here is an outline of the weekend’s activities:

Friday Night we will gather at the Fair on the Square! That night is when they do soap box derby cars down Court Street! There will be lots of food, games and entertainment. We are looking into having a booth as a gathering space, more information to follow on that!

Saturday we will gather at 11:00 at the Rip Van Winkle Putt Putt in Bovina. They offer sandwiches and drinks for sale there. Golfing is free and fun! They have the longest hole in the state? Or is it the country? Later in the afternoon at 2:00, we will gather in the church’s backyard for a BBQ, games, picture looking and taking, story swapping and catching up! Bring a bag chair if you have one! S’mores around the fire pit will cap the evening off!

Sunday there will be a special church service. Bea Mooney and Michelle (Schmitt) Fritts are planning the service. If you would like to be part of the service – read, share a story, sing, play an instrument, play a bell – please let us (or them) know.

We will conclude our weekend after church with a special coffee hour.

Even if you are unable to attend, you can share a memory and or pictures on our YG Reunion Facebook page!

Please RSVP to office@fpcdelhi.org to let us know if you will be able to make it and how many will be in your party. The ages of your kids, if you have them, will be helpful as well.

We can’t wait to meet up to see you all grown up! And to sing “Here I am Lord.” And to praise God for adventures we had together serving him and helping others.
